Job Title: Shop HelpJob DescriptionWe are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as Shop Help. This role involves the installation, pick-up, and delivery of portable air conditioning units. The successful candidate will ensure that our clients receive timely and efficient service, maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction.Responsibilities
Drop off, install, and pick up portable AC units daily.
Respond to client calls for Spot Cooler pick-up or installation.
Run portable ductwork into ceilings at client sites and turn on the AC.
Use basic hand tools for installations and maintenance.
Load and unload Spot Coolers from a truck with a ramp.
Drive within a 2-hour radius to service clients.
Communicate effectively with clients to provide excellent customer service.
Essential Skills
Customer service and problem-solving experience.
Self-motivation and time management skills.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders (6 to 8 ft tall).
Proficiency with hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and wrenches.
Willingness to work some Saturdays if there is an emergency call.
Ability to get DOT certified to drive a box truck.

Warehouse experience.
Installation and shipping experience.
Experience driving a box truck.
