Tadpoles Child Care is accepting applications for an Assistant Caregiver.
The ideal candidate:
will have experience working with children, birth-5
may have some early childhood college credits
must be at least 18 years of age
be dependable, motivated, responsible
be calm, patient, and nurturing
be team oriented
must submit to a background check and fingerprinting
must participate in ongoing training
Job duties:
caring for, supervising, and engaging infants, toddlers, and preschool aged children
implementing lesson plans with co-workers
developing and maintaining positive relationships with children and their families
diapering/toileting help
using positive guidance techniques and positive language
Position is $12.00+ per hour, depending on education and experience. 30-40 hours per week
