Trailhead is looking for dedicated, experienced bartender to work Tuesday-Saturday, 40+hours a week. Help us make up the best drink menu on the island!
Ideal Candidate
Trailhead Restaurant, Bar and Campground is looking for motivated and experienced seasonal service bartender/waitstaff that can work our season May 7th thru Oct. 19, 2025. We search for staff members with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and an outgoing service orientated personality. Our goal is to provide friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient service to our guests.
Our business hours offer both time to make money yet time to relax and enjoy what Drummond Island has to offer.
Room and Board
Housing is available; we have various apartments or houses for rent. Sorry no internet at the time and Drummond's cell service is AT&T for the most part. We recently purchased property to make housing situation a must! It just so happens to be with-in walking distance to our local grocery store. Trailhead is located just two miles from property.
Getting Around
There is no public transportation or taxi/Uber service on Drummond Island. It is recommended that you bring a car, preferably an SUV if you plan exploring trails and backroads.
Drummond Island is located off the eastern tip of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. A car ferry is required to cross. It’s tourism is only growing with ATV/Jeep 117 miles of loop trails system. There is also great kayaking if on an inland lake or exploring for shipwrecks on Lake Huron. Fishing has ALWAYS been popular on the island all year long and there’s so much more to offer on Drummond.
