We're seeking skilled and dedicated Broadband Internet Technicians to join our team. Five positions are currently available for this new market. The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation and service of fiber optic networks, including mechanical or fusion splicing of fiber in residential or commercial buildings. This role requires a strong focus on quality and customer service, as well as the ability and desire to work both indoors and outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:
Install and service fiber optic networks in residential and commercial settings.
Perform mechanical or fusion splicing of fiber optic cables.
Conduct site surveys to determine the best installation practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fiber optic networks.
Ensure all installations meet company standards and customer expectations.
Maintain accurate records of installations and services performed.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in the installation and service of fiber optic networks.
Proficiency in mechanical or fusion splicing of fiber optic cables.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in fiber optic installation and splicing.
Experience with various fiber optic tools and equipment.
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
Ability to work in various weather conditions.
