Energy Plus Home Improvements (EPHI) is growing and we’re looking for experienced Window Installers to join our team.
We specialize in residential replacement windows (tear-out and install), including standard vinyl, premium, and specialty units. We work year-round and have steady projects across Mid-Michigan.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience installing vinyl replacement windows
Ability to remove old units and install new windows cleanly and correctly
Strong attention to detail: shimming, insulating, flashing, caulking, trim
Own basic tools and reliable transportation
Able to interact professionally with homeowners
Can work safely, follow jobsite rules, and respect property
Preferred (Not Required):
Experience with patio doors / entry doors
EPA RRP certification
Lead-safe work practices
Small crews welcome (2–3 person crews)
