Position Description:-Perform SEATS CAE (static, quasi static, dynamic, non-linear with contact, implicit and explicit studies, etc). -Daily responsibilities include developing and analyzing CAE models and correlating them with physical tests. -Lead component and system level design proposing feasible solutions, conducting optimizations, performing robustness analysis and cascading relevant information to the appropriate stakeholders. -Interaction with GES engineers (India) to make sure correct seat develoment and CAE requirements are met properly in multiple programs. -Report creation and presentation of results to stakeholders -Develop knowledge in new CAE related technologiesSkills Required:15+ years LSDYNA Leading CAE Team Problem Solving at OEM Excellent Communication Excellent Post Processing Method developmentSkills Preferred:NASTRAN Optimization Finite Element Method Office Suite Efficiency Quick/Self learner Programing a plusExperience Required:Experience in - 10+ yrs in automotive - Seat CAE Analyses - OEM onsite support - Test/CAE CorrelationExperience Preferred:
