Ensure roadmap delivers R/1000 target for each program within F1/SES(Software and Electronics Systems) working closely with PVT.

Deliver roadmap, by VFG(Vehicle function group) that delivers VFG R/1000 target and rolls up to deliver F1/SES R/1000 targets.

Deliver F1/SES FTR(Frist Time Reported) and Corporate Logic (AICP) objectives.

Ensure F1/SES validated through plant trials and incorporated aligned with functional team on clean point dates.

Produce single agenda for quality by VFG – stack rank of top issues.

Focus on Issues and Actions and deliver 25MY R/1000 targets.

Support FSA(Field Service Actions)

Help deliver QSFs(Quicker Service Fixes)on time.

R/1000 Delivery (3 MIS)

Warranty: Deliver actions to reduce high time in service R/1000 by working with Warranty spend team and DSSH(Dealer Software Support Hotline) team.

Use connected Data in help resolving the quality issues.

Leverage FCSD team to deliver R/1000 metrics.

Support plants FTT/Media/Customer clinic

For Each issue in single Agenda for quality: Should be able to work with DRI within the functional team / Functional Jira / Due Date (=clean point in production aligned with each PVT) / OTA JIRA / Planned date for OTA deployment.

Knowledge of quality systems/tools (8D/3L5W/JIRA/RD Dashboard, etc) is required.

You'll haveMinimum

Bachelor's degree in engineering or science required

5 + Years - Prior Automotive Quality Experience

5 + Years - Experience solving quality issues using 8D, Six Sigma, 5 Why problem-solving methods and implementing corrective actions for production as well as prevent recurrence for the future

Ability to interpret electrical schematics is preferred

Display quality experience

Strong Verbal and Written communication skills

Strong engineering and prior Design and Release background
