Financial Planning (FPV) Powertrain SPCPS Analysis

System lead to complete Vehicle Powertrain audit, confirm/author mix rates

Author Service & Aftermarket uplift input and confirm Powertrain footprint sourcing

Coordinate powertrain Capacity vs. Demand analysis to address FPV Cycle Plan issues

Translate studied positions into data to long term Installed / Operating Capacity across FPV period

Ensure optimal alignment between powertrain production capacity and actual demand by addressing capacity shortfalls and surplus

Document capacity plans for new model powertrain programs.

Coordinate powertrain Capacity vs. Demand analysis to address FPV Cycle Plan issues

Translate studied positions into data to long term Installed / Operating Capacity across FPV period.

Complete capacity analysis to establish powertrain plant "Get Readies"

Align Powertrain plant Capacity to VO Demand / Future Mix

Evaluation of Near-Term Powertrain Capacity Analysis vs Demand requests

Based on plant "Get Readies" and studies, develop powertrain capacities to support

FPV development and the business plan.

Plant allocation in Sales Program Window.

Lead constrained manufacturing operation discussion with PTO Planning

Complete PTO capacity assessment file monthly or as needed basis

Lead and interface with cross functional teams including Manufacturing Operations, Manufacturing Strategy & Advanced Planning, Marketing Sales & Service, and Production Planning & Constraints

You'll have

Bachelor of Science / Engineering or Supply Chain and Logistics or Equivalent

Experience in Powertrain Plant or Powertrain Manufacturing Engineering work experience

Strong Excel and analytical skills are required

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to develop and present key material to both immediate and senior leadership as required

Candidate must have strong collaboration skills to be able to work with a cross-functional team

Ability to collaborate on-site 3 days per week in Dearborn

Even better, you may have

Previous experience in Powertrain / Industrial Engineering / Capacity Planning

Previous experience in Capacity Strategy Creation, Cycle Planning, and FPV Data Utilization

Basic Understanding of Manufacturing Footprint both for Powertrain and VO as well as the developing internal capability for EV commodities

Experience in systems such as Kinaxis/SPCPS preferred
