The role will serve as the IT lead for a portfolio of products with varying degrees of project maturity, including Ford's Treasury management, Risk management systems as well as bank messaging. The Product Manager will drive a robust design for the portfolio of products and will be responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance/support of the product. The Product Manager will lead a Balanced Team and collaborate with a Product Owner, Product Designer, and Anchor Engineer to deliver projects and features to support future key Treasury programs.This is a hybrid opportunity working in our World Headquarters location in Dearborn, MI.What you'll do

Lead a PDO team in support of one or more products.

Ensure product offers a strong customer and business value proposition

Lead the collaborative process of product development with other IT products, vendors and business customers

Identify and prioritize all product team deliverables and work on the backlog

Develop Product Strategy / Road-map / Forecast and conduct Proof Of Concepts as needed

Create, manage and prioritize a backlog of User Stories for the Product Team

Facilitate Daily Standups, backlog grooming, Retrospectives

Identify exciting opportunities for adopting new concepts to solve existing needs and predicting future challenges

Grow subject matter expertise and provide guidance to other members on the team

Carry a support phone on a rotation basis. The support hours may occasionally include a few non-business hours on a weekday and weekends.

You'll have

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field or a combination of education and equivalent work experience

5+ years of experience with Wallstreet Suite TMS

4 + years of experience with software application delivery using test driven, iterative, and agile development principles

4 + years of experience in supplier management

Even better, you may have…

Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field

Understanding of systems architecture concepts

Experience creating effective systems documentation

Experience in analyzing business systems architecture

Proven ability to produce deliverables as well as guide and shape work for other team members

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization

Experience working independently as well as on a team
