The role will maintain budget, track expenditures, transactions and ensure project functions. Therole will support project growth and development and corroborate deliverables. The Prototype ProjectCoordinator II will mentor and oversee team members’ deliverables to ensure Roush and customerstandards are met.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and coordinate office and shop activity and relay customer expectations. Assist the Project Manager in activities including timing, budgets, quality, and materialmanagement. Direct and coordinate assignments for subcontractors and monitor performance of vendors. Develop and execute small project plans. Complete milestones on time and within budget, work with the cross-functional team to ensuredeliverables. Collect data from customers, suppliers, Bill of Material, and other resources to compile reports. Review project status daily and report percentage of completion. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Education and Experience (required): High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of coordination experience or 3 years of skilled trade experience.Education and Experience (preferred): Associate degree in Business or related.Skills, Knowledge and Abilities (required): Excellent customer service skills, very detail oriented, reliable attendance and ability to workovertime. Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with different cross functionalteams. Ability to follow directions and multi-task. Ability to compile lessons learned for continuous quality development.
