Dalto Consulting is seeking a financial analyst/accounting professional with at least 5 years’ experience who would like to develop a career in financial consulting and possibly management. We are seeking a person who is motivated by working with a variety of clients in diverse industries with flexibility to move between operational and financial engagements.
Candidate must apply business, accounting, financial and analytical skills to various client situations and proactive disciplines (e.g., financial modeling, ratio and comparable company analysis, review/analysis of financial statements and projections, valuations and due diligence); Prepare complex cash flow and work sheets to model business processes and/or actual or proposed transactions Prepare written analyses and other reports necessary on the project scope, findings and/or results of activities. It is required that the candidate be highly proficient in PC environment and related software, including Microsoft office applications, use and analysis of computer models and development of dynamic spreadsheet applications using Microsoft Excel, advanced Excel skills required; Good writing skills is a requirement.
Candidate must also have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-task environment and willingness to research, analyze and develop new skills, as well as daily project management skills including interaction with other team members, professionals, clients and other firms involved in consulting engagements.
