Essential duties/responsibilities:
Establish, monitor, and enforce financial policies and procedures for all plants
Protect assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls
Responsible for delivery and management of year-end audit process
Prepare budgets by establishing schedules; collect, analyze, and consolidate financial data; recommend plans
Provide status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data
Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
Provide accurate, timely and comprehensive financial reporting to the management team and third parties
Ensure compliance with accounting and tax related regulations, laws and filing requirements
Maintain accounting staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
Maintain accounting staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; plan, monitor, and appraise job results
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
Protect operations by keeping financial information and plans confidential
Expected Travel: less than 15%
All other duties and responsibilities as assigned
