For this job you will be responsible for overseeing all communication with government entities related to Section 8 housing. This role will involve communicating with local, state, and federal agencies, relaying relative information back to the company, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements as well as keeping Section 8 inspections on time and organized. You will play a key role in fostering positive relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, and housing authorities, ensuring smooth operations for our Section 8 properties.
