We’re looking for a hands-on manager to help run and grow a fast-paced handyman business.
You’ll be working directly with the owner and helping with everything from hiring and office tasks to estimates and customer service. If you’re reliable, organized, and ready to take the lead – this could be the perfect fit.
Duties include:
Interviewing and hiring employees
Helping run the office and keep things organized
Meeting with customers and providing estimates
Selling jobs and following up
Scheduling crews and making sure work is completed on time
Handling customer service and problem-solving
Supporting the owner with day-to-day operations and business growth
What we’re looking for:
Experience in handyman work, construction, or property maintenance
Strong communication and people skills
Great with multitasking and staying organized
Able to take initiative and lead a team
Tech-savvy enough to use texts, email, and job apps
