Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a meticulous Administrative Analyst- PAA in Detroit, Michigan. This role is vital in our operations, where you will tackle technical and administrative tasks, initiate solutions for non-routine issues, and conduct data research and analysis. Your responsibilities will also extend to providing information to internal and external customers, advising on standard requirements, policies, procedures, and best practices.Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive investigations, research, and data compilation. Prepare detailed statistical and narrative reports, ensuring data accuracy and quality. Address user concerns and complaints, identifying gaps in system efficiency. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite proficiently in carrying out tasks. Adhere to security and safety policies and procedures in executing work duties. Provide on-the-job training to team members. Support business system users by providing functional advice. Recommend improvements in organizational structure, operations, budgetary procedures, and business system developments. Coordinate and manage tests of system changes and upgrades. Collaborate with various groups across the organization. Assist in preparing the group's budget and scheduling, reviewing, and assigning work. Requirements Must possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Proven experience in an administrative analyst role or similar Demonstrated expertise in budgeting processes and financial analysis Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills Strong ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with administrative procedures and systems Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data.
