At the American Red Cross, your uniqueness can shine!The American Red Cross is currently seeking an Aquatics & Survival Mission Program Manager. This is a work from home position opened to qualified candidates. A bilingual candidate English and Spanish is preferred.WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

Working closely with the Director, Aquatics Centennial and Survival Programs, the Aquatics and Survival Mission Program Manager primary responsibility is to support the Training Services Mission initiatives, specifically related to out-of-hospital cardiac arrest survival and drowning prevention. The Aquatics & Mission Survival Program Manager will help scale and execute the Mission initiatives, with primary responsibility for the Mission CPR initiative, ensuring that implementation and defined activities are carried out in accordance with specific objectives. The program manager will help formalize processes, reporting and other administrative activities. The program manager will also collaborate with internal and external partners to help grow and enhance the initiative and other mission-related activities.Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures and other applicable Federal, State, and local regulations.WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE GOOD (Key Responsibilities):

Collaborate with Sales and Aquatics Centennial Campaign teams to identify appropriate partners and process agreements to execution and processing in Salesforce.

Collaborate with external agencies, including Cardiac Arrest Registry to Enhance Survival and others, to implement and execute Mission CPR activities.

Coordinate with Service Delivery, Humanitarian Services, Disaster Cycle Services and local chapters for planning and execution of Mission CPR activities, on-going reporting of activities/campaign metrics, and opportunities to integrate mission initiatives into other chapter activities.

Collaborate with program providers, including on-boarding briefings, conducting annual program reviews and updating year's goals and activities.

Monitor and analyze program activity and identify areas for improvement.

Document and share best practices increased effectiveness and impact for Mission CPR and the Aquatics Centennial Campaign.
