Meets with participants to identify barriers to employment and develop strategies to manage these issuesMaintains complete, accurate and timely case notes and related records in manual and/or electronic systemsEnsure access to supportive services and retention services for participantsRefer WIOA participants to non-compliance per policyEnsure completion of all participant plans based on contract deadlines and requirementsAttends scheduled weekly unit meetingsKnowledgeable about Workforce programs and can navigate appropriate state and contract specific system(s)Monitor and record participation in required activitiesKnow, understand, and implement current and future Equus and contract specific policies, SOPs, and Operations MemosAble to work independently/self-starter while remaining in communication with Team and SupervisorEnsure confidentiality of participant information and protect and secure company equipment and propertyAuthorize, distribute, and reconcile transportation assistanceEnsure timely submission and preparation of documentation for scanningOther duties as assigned
