Description:Our recruiting staff is looking for 2 Dock Supervisors/Warehouse Supervisors for a Tier 1 JIT automotive supplier. 5+ years of auto (assembly/JIT). OT and weekends. You're primary duties are overseeing warehouse operations/productivity of employees and implementing a new WMS software to better organize the inventory.Pay Rate/Shift:

$35/hour

C Crew - Fri-Sat - 5:30 am-6:00 pm and Sun-Mon - 5:30 pm-6:00 am

OT and weekend hours

Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of auto industry experience

Familiar with KPIs (key performance indicators)

Completing disciplinary actions

SAP ERP experience or other WMS experience

Training and development experience

Problem-solving and task completion
