Job Description:Shift:There are two shifts. The first is the 'Day shift" and the second Is the "swing shift" (similar to continental shift). Seniority and availability will determine their shift. The "day shift" will be 7:30am-3:30prn (Monday-Friday, potential for Saturdays and Sundays). The swing shift will work a 12 hour rotating shift. The schedule is a 4 week rotation; the contractor will work 14 out of 28 days. (rough breakdown - 4 nights. 3 off, 3 nights. 3 off, 4 days, 3 off, 3 days, 4 off, etc.). This schedule will repeat every 4 weeks. With the schedule being laid out weeks in advance, it is easy to make plans/accommodations. On call will happen in the case of true emergencies.Swing Shift, candidate must be shift flexible

Overtime (OT) after 8 hours in a shift OR after 40 hours in the week.

Rotating Shift (Continental Shift/Swing Shift - referred to as ''shift" at EES)

Schedule laid out every 28 days

Working 14 out of the 28 days

Working 3-4 days in a row (day or night) followed by 2-4 days off for the 28 day rotation.

Job Description:-Electricians will be working 100% of the time. They will not be waiting for breakdowns to respond. Very high pace of play.-The company is looking for Electricians with 3+ years of experience. Will be responsible for all the electrical troubleshooting throughout the facility. They will assist Operating Technicians on major projects, will be required to assist in production and maintenance tests and functions that are necessary to assure maximum production, quality and inspection. Daily duties will include taking work orders, removing items from inventory, reporting what was removed from inventory, and answering emergency calls.-The work they will be doing is on electrical switch gear 480-volt three phase power distribution related equipment, working with high voltage up to 480V+. A lot of the electrical will be 3 phase. Candidates need to have the ability to troubleshoot starters (Motor Starters), AC/DC motors, drives, starters, and DC Controls, They will need to be able to read schematics and have basic computer knowledge for reporting. if the candidate is a Journeyman or Master Electrician this would be a huge plus. Another plus would be PLC troubleshooting ability (GE, SLG 500 (Allen Bradley), Automatch).About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
