Enterprise Strategy Data Analyst Sr.

Description Summary:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, strategic planning, and business intelligence. You will play a critical role in shaping our enterprise strategy by leveraging data-driven insights to guide decision-making and optimize performance across the organization.Duties and Responsibilities:

Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions.

Develop and implement data models, forecasting tools, and analytical frameworks to support enterprise strategy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data insights.

Create and present detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Monitor key performance indicators and provide recommendations for improving business performance and achieving strategic objectives.

Conduct competitive analysis and market research to support strategic initiatives and business planning.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and analyses.

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance analytical capabilities and methodologies.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum of 5 years experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related tole with a focus on enterprise strategy.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in financial services industry or management consulting.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
