Ideal Experience

  • 1-2 years minimum experience in HRIS Specialist role
  • Support of day-to-day HRIS operational functions and ad hoc reporting.
  • Experience working with cross functional teams; payroll, benefits, HR, etc.
  • Created reports and maintained tables in HRIS
  • Experience with PlanSource and UltiPro a plus
  • Has experience loading hours in benefit platform
  • Troubleshooting and supporting ticketing system for end user issues
  • EOE reporting experience
  • Great communication
  • Document processing skill set
  • Strong Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables and vlookups
  • Health Care Industry experience a plus
