RESPONSIBILITIES:
The IT Business Analyst provides support and assistance to the IT Senior Business Analyst to devise and design business process requirements for all IT-related systems critical-to-core organizational functions. This includes interfacing with clients, documenting business requirements, developing/executing formal test plans.
Responsible for development and documentation of user stories, use cases, features, and requirements in support of enterprise applications.
Must be able to apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments. Incumbents work with a large degree of independence; assignments are received in the form of results expected.
Under general supervision, gathers and analyzes information, designs, recommends and implements solutions on a variety of IT related projects. Creates business requirement documents.
Develops, documents and maintains project features, requirements, test plans and test cases.
May apply knowledge of system development/configuration, testing methodologies, and system analysis to facilitate process change.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365 and Microsoft Teams
  • Experience with using Office 365 tools including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook
  • Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills consistent with the ability to identify key issues from among a range of alternatives
  • Proven expertise in identifying user stories, use cases, features and requirements in accordance with organizational standards and processes
  • Knowledge of PowerBI a plus
  • Knowledge of Power Automate a plus

EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology-related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of work experience; other non-Information Technology degrees will be considered.
