Establishes project governance, metrics and service-level agreements with the project executive sponsors and leadership. Prepares key project materials including project charters, project plans, schedules, resource plans, change management, communication and status reports. Leads the project team in planning, scoping, execution, launch and closure activities. Has responsibility for project resource planning and budgets. Monitors, analyzes, and tunes team performance. Ensures governance, metrics and service-level agreements are attained through the optimization of associates and external project resources. Performs capacity modeling with the PMO to simulate performance and better understand future project resource needs.
