Description Robert Half is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager for our client in Detroit. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote the company's products and services.Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company's objectives and target audience.

Oversee the creation of engaging marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitors' activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and cohesive marketing efforts.

Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve marketing goals.

Analyze marketing campaign performance using metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness.

Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in a relevant industry.
