Job Description As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the vision for the product, being the voice of the customer, and following a human-centered design approach. You will shape and manage the product roadmap and product backlog, ensuring the product team consistently delivers on the client's needs and wants. You will validate and test ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead cross-functional team meetings to align on product vision and priorities

Implement Agile methodologies to optimize product development processes

Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product innovation

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product features

Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure product success

Responsible for defining stories and supporting scrum teams in the building of messaging and communication stories.

Collaborate with Product Managers, customers, and a wide range of stakeholders to identify and define requirements, maintain backlog, and support the development of Program Roadmap, and the features required

Support Agile Release Train value delivery through the Program Increments (PI).

Facilitate Scrum and SAFe ceremonies on the team

Defines sprint plan within the program increment

Works with Architecture team to develop technical solutions

Maintain change management expectations to the vision and product roadmap

Collaborates with other program PMs and supports larger solutions and capabilities.

Constantly inspects and adapts, analyzing operations and processes looking for LEAN and continuous improvement opportunities

Applied knowledge of related business processes, products and applications, in addition to functional/ technical knowledge and testing knowledge in order to analyze and anticipate impacts to system changes

Job Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in software related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience working as Product Owner or Business Analyst owner in scaled agile framework (SAFe) or other large scale agile frameworks

Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Jira

Minimum of 2 years of experience working in financial services industry

HS Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
