Responsibilities:

• Assist in development and support of the vision and business objectives of the organization
• Direct the activities of resources in line with business objectives of the organization
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of critical path product and services
• Establish and maintain quality metrics and guidelines
• Implement process and system improvements including integration with other functional areas
• Translate organizations business requirements into effective business solutions
• Working with the team or directly with global business owners to support regional business objectives
• Performing data analysis, researching/data gathering, data input and manipulation, validating and reviewing complex information
• Creating quantitative models, comparative analysis, charts and graphs, and proposal templates utilizing client data
• Assisting client/business owner with base case, business case development and analysis
• Assisting client/business owner with preparation of financial analysis including: modeling, pricing evaluations, and scenario analyses
• Supporting or leading client workshops, assisting in the preparation of client presentations and reports
• Provide support during the annual portfolio process
• Liaising with other business units including Marketing, IT, PEM, Data Analytics and Legal
• Communicating clearly and concisely in written and oral formats
• Attending client meetings and at all times maintaining the upmost professional demeanor

Required Skills/Experience:

• Recognized by senior leaders as influential in achieving fundamental organizational change
• Develops and maintains long-term relationships with strategic customers and industry leaders
• Adept at the development of schedule, cost and risk management strategies
• Experienced implementing project management within various customer organizations and environments
• Knowledgeable of Cost-Integrated scheduling and can perform Earned Value Analysis
• Identifies and recommends project management tools
• Identifies risk, provides analysis and contingency planning
• Minimal of 12 years Project Management experience
• Minimal of 7 years Business/Industry Knowledge
• Minimal of 5 years’ experience Program Management System/Applications
• Minimal of 5 years’ experience in network analysis

Additional Skills:

• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio advanced skills with a focus around creating Presentations
• Demonstrated experience, interest and aptitude in technology and analytics
• Solid business technology acumen with the ability to think both in terms of business process as well as systems requirements
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Strong relationship building skills
• Understanding of corporate financial principals and experience with data modeling & analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
• Experience as a self-starter and working with varying degrees of direction
• Ability to communicate with multiple levels within an organization
• Ability to work productively in a team environment

Required Education/Training:

• Minimal education is a Bachelor’s degree
