  • Summary About the Position: Serves as the administrative assistant to the Construction Branch Chief concerning substantive administrative programs to include Facilities Equipment Maintenance (FEM), budget tracking and execution, Resident Management System (RMS), supply management, personnel administration, the business portion of contract administration, records management, office automation, etc. Responsibilities Serves as the primary project site employee responsible for the review and application of administrative guidelines necessary for Construction operations. Responsible for project timekeeping in accordance with regulatory guides and use of Corps of Engineers Financial Management System (CEFMS). Provides preventative and routine Maintenance requirements for newly completed construction equipment and systems for inclusion in the Facilities Equipment Maintenance (FEM) control program.
