GENERAL SUMMARY:Responsible for collaborating on the planning, organizing, directing, and implementing the day-to-day operations of multiple Henry Ford Health ambulatory pharmacy locations. Will be directly responsible for coordinating the provision of all pharmacy services at selected locations. Provides administrative support and direction when needed. Reports directly to the respective Pharmacy Manager within the Pharmacy Enterprise. Must possess supervisory or leadership experience. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy and current Michigan Licensure as a Registered Pharmacist required. Three to five (3-5) years of experience as a supervisor or leader in an ambulatory pharmacy environment. Prior experience and knowledge of integrated health systems, managed care, and progressive pharmacy practice required. Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with a wide variety of system personnel, patients and members of the community and effectively lead work groups, inclusive of strong customer focus. Analytical skills necessary to interpret and administer budgets, evaluate methods of delivery of service to patients and assess effectiveness of these methods and recommend new techniques, procedures, and business opportunities.CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:Current Michigan Licensure as a Registered Pharmacist required.Additional Information
