Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, marketing, project management or equivalent experience
Experience in management, leadership, mentorship, and/or administration
Experience on a software delivery team or relevant experience
Experience working on a team that implements technology that meets architecture, design, and integration standards
Extensive knowledge of different roles on the team(s) and the responsibilities of each (e.g., product owners, release train engineers, software engineers, architects and other leadership)
Ability to leverage business processes and systems, application/system workflows, user scenarios, and data needs for their team(s) product(s) domain to partner with others on driving the vision
Experience mentoring in complex scenarios and during all software development life cycle (SDLC) phases
Understanding of Agile metrics and how to best leverage them to guide the team to become self-organizing
Experience coordinating tech incident resolutions
Experience with relational databases and dimensional modeling

Preferred Qualifications
Experience using work-item tracking tools such as Azure DevOps (TFS), Jira, etc.
