Working for a company in the Family is about more than just a job – it’s about having the opportunity to become the best version of yourself.As Team Leader of Pricing, you’ll lead the Capital Markets Pricing function, focused on the key pricing initiatives, structures and strategies aimed at driving profitability and conversion, and pricing model enhancements and maintenance.About the Role

Communicate at a high level to multiple levels of the organization, up to our most senior leaders

Provide direction and guidance to pricing team members

Help manage and prioritize team member workflow while providing direction and vision of pricing philosophies

Develop strategies through the retail and third party originate (TPO) channels designed for maximizing profitability and conversion for the company

Build and maintain relationships with all business areas and understand how changes in pricing impact those other business areas

Evaluate metrics, including profit and loss, conversion and competitive positioning, to propose pricing structures

Work with team to analyze conditions in the secondary market and how Rocket companies and our rate sheets are impacted

Lead day-to-day function of rate sheet creation, which centers on accurate pricing to execution and margin management

About You

5 years of mortgage experience in secondary markets, mortgage pricing or analytics

2 years of leadership experience or mentoring team members

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, statistics, data science or another quantitative field; master’s degree preferred

Demonstrated ability building financial models, or pricing or analytical frameworks

Proficiency in Excel, SQL and Power BI
