Available Shifts: 6AM - 2:30PM & 12PM - 8:30PM
General Duties:
Ability to complete shift work, as assigned, timely and thoroughly
Have knowledge of cooking procedures, safety and sanitation
Have experience on multiple stations in the kitchen
Comfortable with preparing large quantities
Support their fellow cooks
Ensure quality and accuracy of products and dishes
Can lift 25 lbs. or more
Prepare and execute key components of dishes
Qualifications
-Must be able to speck Mandarin, Chinese or Korean.
- Solid foundation in food preparation, cooking, and food service with previous experience in a Asian restaurant or production kitchen setting.
- Proficient in handling food safely and efficiently, demonstrating culinary skills and knife proficiency.
- Experience in meal preparation and a good understanding of kitchen operations.
- Additional premium skills in menu planning, dietary department or fine dining experience are a plus.
- Familiarity with catering and serving practices would be beneficial for this role.
