BANQUET COOK - The Shinola Hotel

The Shinola Hotel is seeking a dedicated Banquet Cook to join a great family of restaurants located in the hotel, including San Morello, The Brakeman, Penny Red's and Mister Dips.

Ideal Candidates:

Have excellent knife skills

Have knowledge of cooking procedures, safety and sanitation

Have experience on multiple stations in the kitchen

Are able to lift 25 lbs or more

Prepare and execute key components of dishes

Ensure quality and accuracy of products and dishes

The ability to comfortably lead a team in a busy atmosphere.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Skilled with OpenTable and MICROS POS, a plus.

DOH Food Protection certified.
