We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender at MI.MOSA, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while crafting and serving high-quality beverages. From classic brunch cocktails to innovative dinner concoctions, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise behind the bar.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring an exceptional experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards, including responsible alcohol service practices
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate drink orders and ensure timely service
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting
- Extensive knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and mixology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification is a plus
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
