Full Job Description / Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Travel to customer locations across the Metro area in company provided vehicle
Good people skills
A sense of empathy & understanding when dealing with customers
Diagnose and repair a wide variety of commercial coffee brewing restaurant equipment
Use basic software to document repairs and parts use
Use software to document time throughout the day
Effectively communicate with internal team and external customers
