We are hiring experienced Line Cooks for our morning and afternoon shifts (must have minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner making plates from scratch, preferably at a coney, diner, or similar restaurant. (NOT FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE). The ideal candidate lives in or near Dearborn and has reliable transportation. This is a full time position at a high volume Dearborn Location on Michigan Ave but we can be flexible with days and hours throughout the week and would consider a part time position as well for the right candidate. The restaurant hours of operation are 7am -8pm. This is family ran and old school where the cooks read off handwritten tickets and the owner is working hand and hand with employees daily. We can give additional hours to anyone who is serious about working hard and likes long hours.
