The Brightside of Waterford on Dixie Hwy is hiring a server/host to work 10:30am until 4:30pm Wednesday through Saturday. We are Waterford's premier sandwich shop and are growing at an astonishing rate. We need someone competent who is familiar with dealing with a lunch rush to manage the front end, seat people, etc to help us achieve our maximum potential!
Applicants must:
-be personable, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the food, and familiar with basic upselling techniques such as asking a guest if they want anything else with their sandwich and suggesting an item
- have experience to handle small crowds as the sole server (max capacity 50 people dine-in)
- have good communication with guests and back of house staff
- be able to work all four days - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday - from 10:30am until 4:30pm and be punctual.
- be comfortable using restaurant ordering technology such as a tablet or POS system
