Imperial is a high-volume scratch kitchen located in the heart of Ferndale. We are looking for hardworking, self-motivated individuals to join our team! Ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications:
At least 2 years proven cooking experience, including experience as a Line Chef, Restaurant Cook or Prep Cook
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
Ability to work as apart of a team
Ability to Bend, Squat, Run & Physically React in a Prompt Manner
Ability to use hands and fingers in grasping, pinching, chopping, pulling, and lifting motions associated with preparing and cooking products using knives, utensils and cookware
Ability to Lift 50 lbs.
Ability to Stand for Very Long Periods of Time
Positions offers competitive pay with regular, scheduled reviews and benefits available after 90 days of full-time employment.
