The Role:
Part-Time Kitchen Assistant/Line Cook
10-20 Hours/Week to Start
$15/Hourly to start, plus even-split gratuity
Responsibilities:
-Work collaboratively with our close-knit team to execute dishes using high-quality, from-scratch ingredients
-Assist with food preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and fully stocked.
-Build sandwich sets and orders with keen attention to detail
-Expedite orders to ensure food is served promptly and at temperature
-Support our team with special event orders and full company buyouts as needed
-Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring adherence to strict hygiene and safety standards
-Demonstrate exemplary customer service with every guest
Requirements:
-Demonstrate a consistent work ethic and positive attitude
-Strong organizational skills, ensuring smooth operations during peak hours
-Being open to learning and growing in a collaborative environment
-Adept communicator and team player
-Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
-Strong attention to detail and desire for accuracy
-Ability to take constructive feedback and make changes in real-time
-Previous culinary or service industry experience strongly preferred but not necessary
-Flexibility in scheduling, including availability on weekends and evenings
