Christoff’s Restaurant is a family owned and operated restaurant specializing in breakfast, brunch, and lunch. Since 1987 our focus has been on high quality food and friendly service in a fast-paced environment. Our menu consists of a variety of specialty pancakes, French toast dishes, eggs benedicts, freshly squeezed orange juice, brunch cocktails and so much more! Our hours of operation are from 8 AM – 3 PM Monday – Sunday.
Job Overview
Our server positions are as important as any within the restaurant. As a server, your constant interaction with our customers is key to ensuring they have a great experience while dining with us. We want you to create an experience filled with prompt and attentive service that will make them want to return as often as they can.
General Responsibilities
Fulfilling customer needs such as greeting them promptly at their table, delivering their food and drinks as quickly and efficiently as possible. Removing plates, refilling glasses, and offering dessert.
Learning the menu, including new menu items such as specials for that day so you can properly inform our guests of what our dishes contain and how they are prepared. This will also allow you to suggest certain dishes based on customer feedback.
Properly cleaning and keeping tables, sections, and floors clean by wiping, sweeping, and setting tables properly.
Issuing and closing out customer receipts by accepting payments.
Greet all guests professionally and warmly.
Follow company grooming guidelines to maintain a professional and clean appearance. Clean and pressed shirts, pants, aprons, etc.
