Gus' Snug is an authentic Irish pub located in downtown Clawson. We are more than just a bar or a place to eat - we are the heart of the community. Our pub celebrates the rich history of Ireland and offers a culture of hospitable surroundings, good food, good drinks, and friendly conversation, also known as "Craic".

Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
Assist with food preparation and ensure all ingredients are properly stored and labeled
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
Following prep recipes and proper food handling procedures
Requirements:
Prior experience as a line cook or prep cook in a fast-paced kitchen
Proper food handling skills
Reading and speaking English
Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
