BESA in downtown Detroit is looking for a line cook to join our team. We are an upscale restaurant that takes pride in the details of our work, the cleanliness of our kitchen, and the consistency of our food. An ideal candidate is dependable, team oriented, has well maintained tools and a strong work ethic.
This position is full time, 40-45 hours a week, 4 days a week, Fridays and Saturdays required. Please respond with your resume. Willing to negotiate pay based on experience, the range is $18-$24/hr.
The responsibilities of the job are:
-Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized station
-Complete daily prep list
-Properly season and prepare dishes during service consistently and efficiently
-Perform closing duties to restaurant expectations
