Shift: Nights only (3:00 PM – Close, typically 10:00–11:30 PM)

About Us:
Puma Detroit is a wood and charcoal fired kitchen that serves South American inspired street food including fried chicken, choripan and ceviches. We were just named Best New Restaurant by the Detroit Free Press if you are interested in joining our team we’re looking for a dedicated full time Line Cook
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant kitchen setting
Understanding of culinary techniques, station setup, and food safety
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Experience with open-fire cooking is a plus, but not required
Team player attitude and excellent communication skills
Reliable transportation and punctuality for a 3:00 PM start time
What You’ll Do:
Execute dishes with precision and consistency to meet our high standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station throughout service
Collaborate with fellow cooks and kitchen staff to ensure smooth nightly operations
Support the team with prep, setup, and closing duties (wrap-up typically around 11:30 PM)
