Shift: Nights only (3:00 PM – Close, typically 10:00–11:30 PM)

About Us:
Barda is an upscale, ingredient-driven kitchen known for our elevated cuisine and exceptional guest experience. We have a South American Inspired menu that is prepared with only wood fire. We’re passionate about cooking with precision, care, and creativity—and we’re looking for a dedicated Line Cook to join our back-of-house team.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience in an upscale or fine dining kitchen
Strong understanding of culinary techniques, station setup, and food safety
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Experience with open-fire cooking is a plus, but not required
Team player attitude and excellent communication skills
Reliable transportation and punctuality for a 3:00 PM start time
What You’ll Do:
Execute dishes with precision and consistency to meet our high standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station throughout service
Collaborate with fellow cooks and kitchen staff to ensure smooth nightly operations
Support the team with prep, setup, and closing duties (wrap-up typically around 11:30 PM)
