We are seeking an experienced and skilled Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team at Benny’s Pizzeria!
ABOUT US:
Benny's is a family-owned restaurant serving the metro Detroit area for over 50 years, specializing in baked pizzas and Italian specialties with fresh ingredients in a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet and seat customers, providing them with menus and explaining specials
Take accurate and detailed food and drink orders from customers
Anticipate customer needs and proactively address them
Communicate orders to the kitchen and bar staff promptly
Maintain cleanliness of the bar and wait station, including sanitizing glassware/utensils/bar equipment, and opening/closing vacuuming of the dining room
WORK HOURS:
Shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience as a Server/Bartender in a fast-paced environment
Positive, "Can-do" attitude
Moderate bartending skills (Beer, wine, highballs)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
