Job Responsibilities:
Manage the front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Lead and motivate a team of talented staff members, fostering a positive and enthusiastic work environment.
Oversee the dining areas, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards.
Train and develop staff members to provide exceptional customer service and uphold the pub's standards.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, resolving issues promptly and ensuring customer
Work closely with back of the house to ensure product quality and team satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
Prior experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and both day and night shifts.
High school degree or equivalent educational qualification.
Back of the house and front of the house experience
