We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Banquet Servers. As a Banquet Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences during banquets and events. Duties:
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications
- Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of banquet areas throughout the event
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth service delivery
- Assist with event breakdown and clean-up
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in banquet serving is preferred
- Knowledge of bussing, catering, or food service procedures is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
