Experienced Dental Front Desk
Lively, fast-paced and independently owned Dental Office is looking for a professional and experienced dental receptionist with outstanding customer service and strong work ethics to join our team!
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
MUST be currently in the Dental Field with Minimum of 3 years as Dental Front Desk experience,
Knowledge of Dentrix is a MUST,
Reliable, self-starter with a positive attitude,
Strong awareness & knowledge of Dental Insurance policies,
Strong patient scheduling skills,
Exceptional communication skills,
Proficient at case presentations,
Detailed oriented and great multi-tasker,
Presentation of treatment plan and financial plans,
Ability to maintain outgoing, friendly attitude with patients, staff, and doctor even under pressure,
Leadership skills i.e. professionalism, discretion, integrity, honesty, and dedication.
