This position consists of some evening shifts, Fridays and Saturdays. Our ideal candidate will have prior dental front office experience; knowledge of various dental insurance plans; and exceptional customer service skills. In addition to a competitive salary we need someone that has excellent communication skills, is organized, and can work independently/self-motivated. You need to be able to multi-task yet stay professional.
Duties include meeting/greeting patients, answering multi-phone lines, patient recall, insurance verification and insurance billing, keeping the schedule full and productive for both the hygienist and dentist, presenting treatment plans and payment options, collection of patient fees, and check and schedule future appointments.
