Job Title: Assembler
Shift: Monday – Friday (7am – 3:40pm)
Location: Sterling Heights, MI
Pay: $15.15/hr
Once converted, employee is eligible for an increase to $16.90/hr
Eligible for $1/hr pay increase every 12 months up to 4 years
Job Overview:
We are seeking reliable Assemblers to perform basic light-assembly tasks in a clean, team-oriented environment. This role involves working with small parts, following simple instructions, and meeting daily production goals.
Responsibilities:
Assemble products or components using basic tools and instructions
Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications:
Ability to work on your feet and perform repetitive tasks
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Dependable attendance and positive attitude
