We are a busy collision/paint facility looking to add a collision and paint service sales person and assistant manager. Preferably with experienced in body shop/collision repair process.
We are willing to TRAIN ON THE JOB.
We are a high volume body repair facility dealing mostly with retail customers paying for repairs out of pocket. Applicants should have good communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.Applicant should be a team player and work well with others. Preferably experienced with collision repair software(adp shoplink,mitchell or ccc pathways), windows and microsoft excell.
Will train on the job
Should be familiar with automotive painting processes,paint,primers and accessories. Experience preferred, will provide on the job training.
Responsibilities will be to diagnose customers needs to repair or paint their vehicle and fit a service and repair process that will fit the customers needs while maintaining proper profit margins. Answering Telephones and some clerical required. Full time position working monday thru friday from 7am to 5:00 pm.Valid drivers license required with a good driving record.
